CAPRW works with Saint Paul Regional Water Services to help people with their water and sewer bills, up to $300, when funding is available.
Is This Program For Me?
You may be able to use this program if:
✅ You get your water service from Saint Paul Regional Water Services
✅ Your name is on the water/sewer bill
✅ You have limited income and serious trouble paying your bill
✅ You own or rent a home with 1–4 units
✅ Your income is within income guidelines, or you get SNAP
