About WaterWorks
WaterWorks is a Saint Paul Regional Water Services initiative to assist low-income customers with water and sewer costs. It's administered jointly with the Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and Washington Counties. Under the WaterWorks program, assistance will be limited to a maximum of $300 per recipient annually. Funds are subject to availability.
Who Qualifies?
WaterWorks is only available to households whose water service is administered by Saint Paul Regional Water Services
Water and/or Sewer customers named on the bill
Low-income households in financial crisis
Single Family Homeowner, Owner, or Renter of a one-to-four-unit rental property
Meets Minnesota State Income Guidelines or SNAP recipient
