If you’ve qualified for Energy Assistance and encounter furnace or boiler issues, Community Action may be able to help.
The 2025–2026 Energy Assistance Program application period ended on May 31, 2026. Applications are no longer being accepted for the 2025–2026 program year.
This part of the Energy Assistance Program is for income-eligible homeowners facing furnace, boiler, or heating system emergencies. It provides grants for repairs or replacements to ensure safe, functional home heating with emergency services available for broken systems.
If you are seeking assistance with Weatherization Services, your Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) bill, or other community resources, please either:
• Call our office at (651) 645-6470, or
• Complete the Resource Inquiry Form below and indicate the type of assistance you are seeking.
Once we receive your inquiry, a member of our Resource Team will contact you to discuss available resources and next steps.
If you would like to receive a 2026–2027 Energy Assistance Program application when the new season begins, please indicate this on the resource inquiry form. Applications will be mailed beginning in September 2026.
