
We assist over 400 “no heat” furnace customers in a heating season. Homeowners who are eligible for Energy Assistance and who are without heat or have an unsafe heating system also qualify for an evaluation of the situation and either repair or replacement of the system. In some cases, we make referrals to other agencies that may be able to help.
