Saint Paul–Ramsey County Public Health is asking individuals who live or work in Ramsey County to share their ideas on the top health issues facing the County by taking a short online survey at The survey will end on Sunday, April 7, at 10 p.m.  The survey is confidential and asks the public’s opinions on a range of community health issues such as alcohol and tobacco use, access to medical and dental services, infectious diseases, the health of babies and children, and environmental issues. Survey respondents will not be asked about their personal health problems or behaviors.

The survey is part of “Planning Healthy Ramsey” a multi-phased effort by local public health to partner with community members to assess, prioritize, and implement plans to focus resources for improved health in Ramsey County.
